This notice explains what we do with the details you give us when you register interest in the Level 4 AI & Automation Practitioner apprenticeship.

What we collect

The details you enter in the form: your name, contact details, job title, organisation, and your answers about eligibility and funding. We also record which advert or website sent you to us, and when you agreed to be contacted.

Why we use it

To contact you about the programme, to check whether you or your staff are eligible, and to arrange enrolment. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

Who we share it with

We pass your details to Peak Apprenticeships, the training provider, so they can confirm eligibility and funding and enrol you. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months of your last contact with us. If you enrol, the training provider's own retention rules apply to the records they hold.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
